Handmade in Ghana
Intricately crafted in the Bolgatanga region of Ghana, West Africa, this set of mini Bolga baskets are great to hang on your tree or gift to friends. Fill with sweets or a sentimental note for a gift that can be given year round. Made only in an ethical, fair trade environment. Handwoven by a cooperative of women located in Ghana, this one of kind piece takes weeks to complete. Sold as a set of 3 ornaments. Made from natural elephant grass fibers using organic dyes.
To clean or re-shape your ornament, simply wet it with cool water, shape it as needed, and allow it to air dry. The ornaments should be watered once a year to hydrate the straw and keep it supple.
