Accompany will gladly exchange or refund merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date. After this 14-day period, merchandise may only be returned for store credit.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as they were received. Return shipments must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of your RMA number to be eligible for a refund.
All SALE items purchased using an additional promotional discount code are FINAL SALE and can only be returned or exchanged for store credit.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Accompany cannot process returns sent back to manufacturers.
If you wish to return your order:
- Email email@example.com to receive an RMA number and return shipping label
- Affix the label to the original or different packaging & drop off your return at any USPS location
Once your return is received we will contact you by email to let you know the status of your refund. Once confirmed, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment, less an $8.95 return shipping fee.
Accompany is not liable or responsible for loss or damage incurred by the carrier or upon delivery. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost packages – inquiries about compensation for lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be directed to your selected postal carrier. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Items may be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, imperfections and natural variations are commonplace. Unfortunately, we can only accept exchanges due to sizing issues or defects. Only 1 exchange can be processed per order.
Please include in your email to firstname.lastname@example.org the reason for your exchange, any sizing issues, and/or any other information we will need to process your request.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We make no guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods.
Accompany will gladly accept returns and exchanges from international orders within 14 days of the original delivery date. After 14 days merchandise may only be returned for store credit.
At this time we are unable to issue return shipping labels for international orders – please email email@example.com for details on where to send your return. Once your return is received we will issue you a refund to the original method of payment.
